Job Title: Sales Specialists (Content Studio & Digital Platform)

Overview

We are seeking driven and results-oriented Sales Specialists to establish and maintain revenue systems involving the content studio and our digital platform, CKTV (www.colossalkapitaltv.com).

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, prospect, and secure new clients (brands, local businesses, agencies,
creators).
● Develop and maintain a client contact spreadsheet.
● Sell content services to include:
○ Content production (video, photography, podcasts, etc.)
○ Branded content and sponsorships
○ Website ad placements and partnerships
● Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, and in-person networking.
● Collaborate with the creative team to ensure each client’s vision is executed.
● Maintain relationships for repeat business and upsells.

Qualifications

● Proven experience in sales (media, marketing, advertising, or creative services
preferred)
● Strong communication skills
● Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
● Self-motivated with a closer mindset (comfortable with outreach)
● Organized with the ability to manage multiple customers
● Familiarity with social media, content marketing, and digital platforms
● Experience with using Excel

Compensation

● 20% commission on sale (commissions paid daily)
